I collaborated with publishers Bardass and sports commentator Sioned Dafydd to illustrate her latest poetry publication, Mae Gem yn Fwy Na Gem: Blodeugerdd Chwaraeon.

The illustrations were inspired by different moments and experiences throughout a game day, from the journey to the stadium and the excitement of the warm-up, to the atmosphere of half-time and the final moments of the match. I wanted the illustrations to capture not only the action of the sport itself, but also the energy, anticipation and emotions that surround it.
